i. About The Product

The device is designed based on the Gonow 2.8TC electronically-controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine (BOSCH common rail system) to simulate engine startup, speedup, slowdown and other actions, so as to illustrate the structure and

working principle of electronically-controlled diesel engines. The device applies to electronically-controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine and maintenance training courses of secondary and senior vocational schools, ordinary education

and training institutions.

ii. Features

1. Real and operable electronically-controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine; illustrate the structure and working process.

2. The training bench is made of advanced aluminum-plastic plate with characteristics of not less than 4mm thick, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fireproof, and moistureproof. Its surface are processed by special craft

and spraying primer. Never fade color circuit diagram and working principal diagram are painted on the board whose surface coating with varnish. The trainees can learn and analyze the working principle of the control system by referencing the diagram and the real object.

3. Detection terminals are installed on the training bench. On the bench, operators can detect various detectors, executors, electrical signals of engine control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.

4. The training bench is installed with dashboard to illustrate changes of parameters including the engine speed, water temperature, fuel pressure light, charging indicator light and electronic control system failure light.

5. The practical training bench is installed with diagnosis socket, which can connect to automobile decoder to read fault codes, clears fault codes, and reads data stream from the engine electrical control system..

6. A throttle controller is installed on the bench to accelerate and slowdown.

7. A master power switch, water tank protector, flywheel protector, among other protection devices are installed on the practical training bench.

8. The training bench’s base frame is made in steel and paint is sprayed on the surface. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the bench is flexible, reliable and endurable.

9. Equipped with intelligent fault setting and appraisal system, which can connect to the network, fault settings, troubleshooting, parameter setting, remote starter, information feedback, assessment score through the main control computer
